Computer Repair and Care built a computer to my specification and for my limited budget. I could have had a computer for slightly cheaper on ebay but I am satisfied that the quality of parts used and the warranties that come with it will give me many worry free years of use. Communication was excellent throughout and the computer was delivered promptly. I was shown the inside of the computer and offered to set it up (something not offered by any larger chain - unless you pay for it.) I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

My Acer laptop wasn`t working at all within 2hrs Jamie had called round and collected it. I had a phone call that sameday with an update it appeared the motherboard was faulty and needed replacing this would cost £250- £300 Jamie Charged me a small fee for diagnosing this. The annoying thing was the laptop was only 18mths old so I wrote to Argos customer services stating the problem and the sale of goods act I had a call from them stating if I supplied an independent repairers report stating the problem and take it to the shop they would replace it .Well Jamie supplied this with no extra charge and I got a new laptop I will definitely be contacting him again with any further problems he is very professional and knows his stuff.

The service was prompt, efficient, neat, tidy and no fuss. Delighted to recommend.

I was wanting to upgrade my processor and ram for my desktop, After getting a quote and a lead time from Jamie, which was very good, I took my pc to him, and it was all done the next day, I couldn't ask for better service, this guy knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone with pc problems, or wanting to upgrade their desktop PC

Friendly efficient service and excellent value for money. My son's laptop with a badly damaged screen was delivered to Jamie on Friday and picked up with a brand new screen replacement on the following Tuesday. Highly recommended without any reservation

I had problems with a Toshiba laptop not recharging, which I'd narrowed down to being a problem with the DC jack connector. In fact, it turned out to be the mains adaptor even though we both tested it on a voltmeter and it appeared to be okay. At less than the cost of the repair I'd been expecting, Jamie ordered one he same as he uses for his work, which carries a 5 year guarantee, and it arrived the next day. Everything is now working properly again!All in all, fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and at a reasonable cost. Put those in any order and it adds up to a service I'd highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The price was well under other quotes I'd had and I was kept well informed of what was happening at all times. I was surprised by how quick my laptop was repaired, I took it to Jamie on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday all done, as good as new. I will recommend this company to everyone. Many thanks.

Laptop backlight stopped working which was outside my usual computer expertise. Contacted via email and got reply very quickly with possible reasons. Collected, repaired and returned laptop within a few days. Very impressed with service. Will definitely use again.

Hard to condense this review into just a few words. I really don't know what I would do without Jamie. Favourite laptop "died" on me Sunday evening. Jamie collected it from my home Monday morning, diagnosed fault and ordered necessary part which arrived Tuesday. My favourite laptop delivered back to me up and running Tuesday afternoon. This is not the first time I have received such fast service from Jamie. He is so quick responding to a call for help, quick in diagnosing the problem and really works to ensure you are back up and running again as soon as possible. If you want extremely good service from a very pleasant, trustworthy young gentleman, then I would recommend Jamie every time - he's a gem!

After damaging the power button on our PC we needed a new case and the components to be transferred. This was done while we were on holiday so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The PC is running fine now and back in use! Very reasonable cost for the service and piece of mind - thank you.

Laptop literally went 'pop' which was alarming as run web based business. Computer Repair & Care fixed laptop over the weekend, complete with new parts (battery, power board and cable) at a very reasonable price. My laptop was ready to go again on Monday morning.Would definitely recommend them.

I contacted this company as my laptop was noisy and over heating.My laptop was stripped down and cleaned out of all dust, had it back within 2 days working perfectly and the fan not as noisy as before.Would definitely recommend, also upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista which is much better.
